    Refund Policy:

    Deposits are not refundable. When you make a deposit or payment that money is used to reserve your adventure dates and we cannot sell them to anyone else. If for some reason you have to cancel, you will lose your deposit and any payments you have made. If you are concerned that you might get sick or otherwise have to cancel, we suggest buying trip insurance. There are insurance companies that specialize in providing insurance policies for outfitter bookings and hunts. One such company we recommend is globalrescue.com. It is also our policy, depending on the adventure you booked and at our discretion, that if you have to cancel and we are able to book a replacement for you at the regular price we will work with you to apply your deposits to another adventure. Please note that we cannot refund or roll state or government license fees, application fees, draw results, or tags.

    Description

    Hunting season is August and September for Dall Sheep. Age average is important to us as we strive to harvest rams between 9-13 years old. Bring a rifle you are most comfortable with shooting. Sheep hunting can be physically demanding the more you prepare the more you can enjoy mountains and the hunt. The hunt available for this year is a 9 day 1:1 hunt. The hunt is opening slot for the year.

    Hunter will have a base lodge and a spike camp will be utilized during the sheep hunt. Nice wall tents or dome tents will be provided by the outfitter for the spike camp. Once the client is successful in the hunt, they will be transported down to the comfortable base lodge.

    Hunter will be served excellent food on this hunt. Main lodge will have a full kitchen and spike camp will have a field kitchen. Hunter will certainly not go hungry with camp.

    Horses will be utilized for this hunt, but hunter can still expect some heavy hiking for this hunt. Better physical ability will provide more shot opportunity.


    Transportation (To/From Basecamp)

    Plan to arrive into Whitehorse, Yukon and then be transported to camp either by ground transport or air charter. We decide where you will go based on managing the area, logistics – area terrain, crew, weather, camps, etc. Travel day we appreciate your cooperation as weather can be a factor to get in and out of the remote areas safely. You have spent a lot of time and resources planning your trip to the Yukon. Plan to arrive at least 1.5-2 days before you travel to camp in case you are delayed with luggage, customs or airlines as we cannot delay travel into camps. Departure can be confirmed the day after you return to Whitehorse from camp. Refer to contract details for travel policies.
