Years of passion, respect and enthusiasm, along with a burning desire is why this outfitter wishes they could follow and pursue this species all year round. These are some of the most experienced guides in Colorado with year after year pursuing sheep and harvesting them year after year. They know where to take the clients and will give you the best opportunity, for the best Ram in your unit. The outfitter guides in 12 of the premier sheep units in Colorado. The outfitter guides both archery and rifle and are a 1:1 hunter/guide outfitter. Average size classification for Bighorn Sheep is 170 Boone and Crockett points, with many cresting 180". Bighorn camps begin in August and go until early October. Outfitter has had traditional USFS use to hunt the following areas: S3, S4, S6, S12, S23, S27, S32, S34, S39, S41, S46, S66.

Deposits are not refundable. When you make a deposit or payment that money is used to reserve your adventure dates and we cannot sell them to anyone else. If for some reason you have to cancel, you will lose your deposit and any payments you have made. If you are concerned that you might get sick or otherwise have to cancel, we suggest buying trip insurance. There are insurance companies that specialize in providing insurance policies for outfitter bookings and hunts. One such company we recommend is globalrescue.com. It is also our policy, depending on the adventure you booked and at our discretion, that if you have to cancel and we are able to book a replacement for you at the regular price we will work with you to apply your deposits to another adventure. Please note that we cannot refund or roll state or government license fees, application fees, draw results, or tags.
Description
Before we put anyone on a horse, the horse spends at least one season as pack animals to become familiar to the demands and surroundings of the back country. All of this effort is to provide you with the safest and most comfortable travel as possible. Expert guides will find great glassing areas to look for your best target, and guide you in close to make a clean killing shot. Guides work continuously to find the trophy of a lifetime. With extensive knowledge of the terrain and the area, they will work within your physical abilities to fill your long awaited tag. All of our guides and staff are trained how to handle horses, equipment, backcountry travel, and the game we are after. All guides are first aid and CPR certified and have risen up from the ranks of the outfit to hold a guide position. These processes and qualifications are to assure you the highest quality guide service. We will care for your needs and provide you the best opportunity to obtain your goals on the hunt.

High alpine hunting weather changes by the minute. Prepare yourself with the correct kind of technical clothing, ready for changing weather conditions. Technical, quick drying, multiple layer clothing is best for this type of hunting. Be prepared for long glassing sessions and possible stalk attempts through rough terrain.
