Description
Come hunt the Cowboy State for big bulls in the beautiful Bighorn Mountains of northern Wyoming. This is a 7-day rifle or archery hunt on public land in a trophy unit with very low tag quota. This unit has produced numerous big bulls scoring 350-400 and better over the years. This hunt is livestock assisted and the outfitter uses horses, mules or goats for trophy and meat recovery if necessary. Hunters should be able to hike in order to have the best chance at a big bull. This is a trophy unit and we are targeting bulls scoring 350-400 inches. Very low hunting pressure due to low tag quotas have produced great elk numbers and the shot opportunity is very high. Hunters will be in elk every day and can look over multiple bulls to select the desired trophy quality. All meals and lodging provided by the outfitter. The hunt is conducted in a spot-and-stalk style as well as calling, meaning hunters will cover a lot of ground and spend a significant amount of time behind optics to find the right trophy bull. High-quality optics are recommended. During the hunt, you’ll have the chance to glass a lot of country and evaluate a variety of bull elk. It’s an ideal chance to experience Wyoming’s rugged beauty while pursuing a top trophy animal.
