Description
A 5 day trophy free-ranging aoudad hunt in West Texas on a large ranch for 2 hunters (2:1). A hunter also has the option of a 1:1 4 day hunt with an additional charge. Some moderate hiking is required in the steep canyon country, but 4x4 jeeps and ATVs will be provided when necessary. A great area for sheep, as you can observe upwards of 150-400 sheep a day. There are many javelina and coyote in the area that can be taken with no extra charge (skinning and taxidermy will be additional cost).

Boone and Crockett. 34" rams can be found on the ranch and the largest ram taken with a rifle was in January 2018 scoring 38" (B&C).

Pricing
- Price: $10,800.00
License fees are not included in the base price. Hunters are required to purchase a five day hunting license. Price varies according to Texas Fish and Wildlife standard cost for resident or non-resident tags. Licenses will be available to purchase online at Texas Fish and Wildlife website before hunt takes place.
Group Options
Hunt is also offered for a 1:1 private hunt for an additional charge. A non-hunter may accompany hunter for additional charge. A second Aoudad may be taken with additional cost due upon kill.

Refund Policy:
Deposits are not refundable. When you make a deposit or payment that money is used to reserve your adventure dates and we cannot sell them to anyone else. If for some reason you have to cancel, you will lose your deposit and any payments you have made. If you are concerned that you might get sick or otherwise have to cancel, we suggest buying trip insurance. There are insurance companies that specialize in providing insurance policies for outfitter bookings and hunts. One such company we recommend is globalrescue.com. It is also our policy, depending on the adventure you booked and at our discretion, that if you have to cancel and we are able to book a replacement for you at the regular price we will work with you to apply your deposits to another adventure. Please note that we cannot refund or roll state or government license fees, application fees, draw results, or tags.
Description
A beautiful 300,000 acre ranch with trophy aoudad rams. This hunt is advertised as a 2:1 hunt for 2 hunters but can be arranged for a 1:1 hunt for an additional charge. There is a large population of trophy rams on the property where as many as 150 sheep can be seen on a given day in the field. Some sheep are heavily broomed in the area due to the rocky substrate. All transportation while at the hunt camp will be by a jeep and ATV and 4X4 will be used when necessary.

Use of Jeep, 4X4, and ATV's will be available and used when terrain allows, but some moderate to easy hiking will be needed for trophy rams. Common with most sheep species, aoudad live in steep terrain. The aoudad is a very agile climber and they reside in dry, mountainous and rocky terrain. Expect steep and large boulders.
Transportation (To/From Basecamp)
Hunter will fly into Midland and from the airport picked up by Guide and transported to camp. If hunter chooses a later flight, they will be responsible for lodging the night before the outfitter arrives for pick up.

Description
Weather can be warm and so be prepared with appropriate clothing. Terrain is rocky and dry so comfortable supportive hiking boots are needed.
