Description

Opportunity to hunt free-range Aoudad rams in New Mexico. Large ranch with rams averaging 27-30" inches. These are guaranteed tags. A spot and stalk hunt in some rugged country. This is a 2:1 fully guided, 5 day hunt. Option to upgrade to a 1:1 for additional charge. Meals and lodging are client provided but option to have it provided for an additional charge. If selected, hunter will stay in a provided trailer to be close to hunting areas.

Outfitter suggests a .270 or 6.5 caliber rifle.

        • Price: $65,000.00

        License and fees not included in cost of hunt. Hunter will need to purchase an aoudad tag and small game license. Sales tax not included in price of hunt. Roughly $250.00 cost *subject to change with New Mexico Fish and Game. Landowner voucher is included in the price of the hunt. A non-hunter may accompany without an additional charge. This unit is an OTC unit, but you will need to have a private land voucher number which will be provided when booked.

        Refund Policy:

        Deposits are not refundable. When you make a deposit or payment that money is used to reserve your adventure dates and we cannot sell them to anyone else. If for some reason you have to cancel, you will lose your deposit and any payments you have made. If you are concerned that you might get sick or otherwise have to cancel, we suggest buying trip insurance. There are insurance companies that specialize in providing insurance policies for outfitter bookings and hunts. One such company we recommend is globalrescue.com. It is also our policy, depending on the adventure you booked and at our discretion, that if you have to cancel and we are able to book a replacement for you at the regular price we will work with you to apply your deposits to another adventure. Please note that we cannot refund or roll state or government license fees, application fees, draw results, or tags.

        A great opportunity to hunt a private ranch for free range New Mexico aoudad rams. Access on a 10,000 acre ranch. Aoudad are free range and are at a high density in this area. This is an OTC tag unit, but you must have private land access to hunt. Meals and lodging are client provided. Option to include in the hunt with an up-charge. If selected, hunter will stay in a nice, clean, and comfortable trailer with running water and AC. This allows the hunters to access land and have more time to hunt without travel time. This is a 2:1 fully guided, 5 day hunt. Option to upgrade to a 1:1 for additional charge.

        Hunter should be prepared to hike 4-5 miles per day. This is steep and rocky terrain and moderate hiking will be required.

        Transportation (To/From Basecamp)

        Hunter will fly into Colorado Springs or Denver, Colorado. Hunter will be required to rent a car and drive to final destination city of Roswell New Mexico.

        Description

        Outfitter provides access to a private ranch with roughly 10,000 acres to hunt. If selected, outfitter also provides a clean and comfortable trailer for lodging with shower and air conditioning for accommodations.
