A great opportunity for an amazing combo hunt in the heart of Wasilla, Alaska. You will enjoy a 10-day hunt or more depending on the species interested. We can also package trips together for this time of year if a hunter is interested in going after more than one species. Count on at least 2 travel days on each end of your hunt dates. Our method of hunting this time of year is Spot-and-Stalk. A hunter can expect the day to day to consist of at most 2 miles of walking but mainly using binoculars to glass the expansive landscape from a strategic position depending on the animal targeted.       Deposits are not refundable. When you make a deposit or payment that money is used to reserve your adventure dates and we cannot sell them to anyone else. If for some reason you have to cancel, you will lose your deposit and any payments you have made. If you are concerned that you might get sick or otherwise have to cancel, we suggest buying trip insurance. There are insurance companies that specialize in providing insurance policies for outfitter bookings and hunts. One such company we recommend is globalrescue.com. It is also our policy, depending on the adventure you booked and at our discretion, that if you have to cancel and we are able to book a replacement for you at the regular price we will work with you to apply your deposits to another adventure. Please note that we cannot refund or roll state or government license fees, application fees, draw results, or tags.

      Description

      A great opportunity for an amazing combo hunt in the heart of Wasilla, Alaska. Our area is in Unit 17 in southwest Alaska, just north of the famous Bristol Bay. This hunt is only for the hunter who is interested in a true Alaskan adventure. Our camps are all in remote locations and are accessed only by small wheel planes. You will arrive in Anchorage, Alaska with the required gear list. From there you will fly to Dillingham, Alaska and you will be provided a night stay with one of the great lodges there. The next morning our charter partner will pick you up at the runway in Dillingham and you will be flown into Big Alaska Outdoors main camp and from there your respective spike camp. Your spike camp is outfitted with spacious tents, cots, lanterns, kerosene heaters, propane stove, REAL home cooked meals, tables, chairs, private pit-privy, emergency supplies, and a professional staff. You will enjoy a 10-day hunt or more depending on the species interested. We can also package trips together for this time of year if a hunter is interested in going after more than one species.
