Description

Hunting Osceola turkeys is one of our favorite experiences to offer on the ranch. Don’t be fooled by their reputation for having small brains; these birds possess incredible eyesight and hearing, making them highly alert to their surroundings. We use two different hunting methods for these elusive birds. The most effective method is hunting from a blind. This technique involves sitting in a concealed blind, observing decoys, and using calling techniques to draw a gobbler in close. Another method is run-and-gun turkey hunting, which typically involves one hunter and a guide. This approach is more challenging but, when successful, offers a thrilling and memorable experience. Osceola turkeys are known for their elusive nature, making them one of the most difficult species to hunt. This is a 2 day, fully guided 1/1 hunt.

Refund Policy:

Deposits are not refundable. When you make a deposit or payment that money is used to reserve your adventure dates and we cannot sell them to anyone else. If for some reason you have to cancel, you will lose your deposit and any payments you have made. If you are concerned that you might get sick or otherwise have to cancel, we suggest buying trip insurance. There are insurance companies that specialize in providing insurance policies for outfitter bookings and hunts. One such company we recommend is globalrescue.com. It is also our policy, depending on the adventure you booked and at our discretion, that if you have to cancel and we are able to book a replacement for you at the regular price we will work with you to apply your deposits to another adventure. Please note that we cannot refund or roll state or government license fees, application fees, draw results, or tags.

Lodging is client provided, there are hotels and AirBnB properties within a few miles of the hunting property.

Outfitter will provide lunch and snack during the hunting day. It is recommended that hunters eat breakfast before they get to camp as they will enter the field for hunting immediately upon arrival.
