Description
This is a Kamchatka Brown Bear in a remote region in Russian northeast. This is an incredible adventures for giant brown bears in Russia. This is a 1:1 fully guided 10 day hunt. Outfitter will supply a boat for fall hunts but hunts will be conducted on foot in the spring. Hunter can expect to be hunting the shores for big boars looking for their next meal. Option to also add fishing for salmon, trout, and grayling on the trip.

Deposits are not refundable. When you make a deposit or payment that money is used to reserve your adventure dates and we cannot sell them to anyone else. If for some reason you have to cancel, you will lose your deposit and any payments you have made. If you are concerned that you might get sick or otherwise have to cancel, we suggest buying trip insurance. There are insurance companies that specialize in providing insurance policies for outfitter bookings and hunts. One such company we recommend is globalrescue.com. It is also our policy, depending on the adventure you booked and at our discretion, that if you have to cancel and we are able to book a replacement for you at the regular price we will work with you to apply your deposits to another adventure. Please note that we cannot refund or roll state or government license fees, application fees, draw results, or tags.
Description
Kamchatka, the remote region in Russian north-east, is well-known destination for trophy hunters for a long time. In large part, it is a wild country still, which gives hunters a chance to harvest great trophies of snow sheep, brown bear and moose. This a 1:1 fully guided 9 day hunt. Kamchatka bear, with a weight up to 1,500 pounds and 8-10 ft hide, is the biggest brown bear in the world. SCHEDULE: Day 1 – arrival to Moscow, overnight. Day 2-3 – flight to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, transfer to the camp. Day 4-12 – 9-day hunt. Day 13 – transfer to Petropavlovsk, overnight. Day 14 – flight to Moscow, overnight. Day 13 – flight home.

This is a bear hunt in the Russian mountains and should be treated as such. In spring, outfitter will use snowmobiles to cover as much area, as possible, looking for fresh tracks. When the big one is found, hunter will make a final stalk on foot, skis or snow shoes. Fall hunt is spot-and-stalk backpack hunt on foot. Horseback hunt is available in some areas as well.
Transportation (To/From Basecamp)
You will arrive to Sheremetyevo airport in Moscow, where we meet and help you with custom formalities. Next day we will fly to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. It is 9-hour non-stop flight. Outfitter will transfer to the camp by van, helicopter, all-terrain vehicle or snowmobiles, depending on the hunting area and season.

Description
These hunts can be arranged for either fall or spring. Hunter needs to be prepared for inclement weather during each season. Cold weather hunting gear and thermal base layers are a must. Layering systems are recommended. Hunter will need to be prepared to stay in a backpack tent/spike camp/ or cabin for this hunt. In April-May daytime temperatures are 30-40F (0-50C), and 0-300F (-15-00C) and colder during the night, with morning frosts. Actually, deep morning frosts make your way with a hard snow. In September daytime temperatures are 40-50F (5-100C), and 20-300F (-5-00C) during the night, with morning frosts, frequent rain and snow. Full gear list to be provided if requested when booked.
